Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing page, online, without contacting us.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
Your account stays on the Free plan after a paid plan ends; your data is not deleted unless you delete your account.

Refunds

Our refund policy will be published before paid plans launch. Until then no payments are collected.

Regardless of our policy, you keep any refund or withdrawal rights granted by the consumer laws of the country where you live (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK, where applicable).

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@loderan.com within 60 days and we will review it.
